Contact inquiries
When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit for email delivery to info@qalogistics.net. These details include your name, email, organization, selected area of interest, and message. We use them to understand your request, respond, and manage the resulting business conversation. FormSubmit and the receiving email provider process the submission to deliver it. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
Search and device preferences
Site search runs in your browser against the site’s published content. The selected region is stored locally on your device so the flag preference can persist. That preference is not an account, does not change your access, and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser storage. The editorial content is currently in English. Checklist selections are temporary and are not submitted.
Session-based assistance
To offer relevant optional chat suggestions, this site keeps page topics, active reading time, scroll depth, interaction counts, and suggestion dismissal in this tab’s session storage. These engagement signals are processed in your browser, not sent to an analytics service or to the chatbot. Only a suggestion you choose is submitted as a chat message. Dismissing a suggestion prevents further automatic suggestions in that session. Related-page links are based on the current page, not a personal profile.
Hosting and external services
The site is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and access providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request and access information. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; requesting those resources communicates technical request information to that provider. Images, video, flags, and the decorative animation are served from this site. External links, including My Q and LinkedIn, lead to services with their own policies.
Analytics and AI
This site does not include advertising pixels or an added analytics tracker. When you use Ask QA, your question and limited recent chat context are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not submit confidential records, credentials, production exports, or personal information. AI responses can be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice. Cloudflare and hosting providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Information handling and choices
Please share only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send confidential client records, warehouse credentials, employee data, or production exports through the website. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights. Requests are assessed under the requirements applicable to the information and relationship involved. We may need to verify a request and retain information where needed for the business relationship or legal obligations.
Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice when website features or information practices change. The effective date identifies this version. No internet service can promise absolute security; use an agreed secure channel when a business conversation requires confidential information.
