A future activity-capture module would help third-party logistics teams connect operational evidence to contractual definitions, including what is included, chargeable, reversed, or disputed. Traceability matters as much as the calculation itself.

Confirm the integration
Review the WMS product and version, permitted interfaces, source records, refresh needs, and responsibilities. Agree whether this scope is read-only, includes recommendations, or returns approved changes. Do not assume direct database access or automatic write-back.
Agree how value is assessed
Name the process owner and the operational question. Establish a baseline and an acceptance method using representative data. Include exception handling and ongoing support in the conversation.
