Dashboards & KPI Hub

Bring warehouse measures into a shared view for supervisors and business leaders.

Focused on the work

A focused module on the roadmap.

Planned

A dashboard is useful when two people can explain a metric the same way. The planned KPI Hub would connect source events to clear warehouse measures and give different roles a relevant view of the same operation. A shift supervisor may need current exceptions while a leader needs a trend with enough context to interpret it.

Module direction

What it is designed to address.

  • Configure KPIs around agreed operational definitions.
  • Compare shift, day, week, and period views.
  • Track trends and exceptions.
  • Create relevant alerts and role-specific views.

Keep the boundary clear

A connected extension, not a replacement.

Metric definitions, time zones, data freshness, inclusion rules, and source ownership must be agreed during implementation. A dashboard does not replace source-system reconciliation.

Confirm the integration

Review the WMS product and version, permitted interfaces, source records, refresh needs, and responsibilities. Agree whether this scope is read-only, includes recommendations, or returns approved changes. Do not assume direct database access or automatic write-back.

Agree how value is assessed

Name the process owner and the operational question. Establish a baseline and an acceptance method using representative data. Include exception handling and ongoing support in the conversation.

Roadmap concept: planned. Features, availability, sequence, and commercial terms are not committed. This page describes intended direction, not a product available to purchase today.
