Integration Monitor

Make interface health visible in the language of affected warehouse work.

Focused on the work

A focused module on the roadmap.

Future

A green connection does not prove that every order or shipment was applied correctly. A future Integration Monitor would help connect transport status, business acknowledgment, and reconciliation evidence. Support teams need to know which transaction is affected, what happened, and which recovery action is safe.

Module direction

What it is designed to address.

  • Monitor API, file, and message exchanges.
  • Highlight failed or delayed transactions.
  • Show retry and replay status.
  • Surface duplicate, missing, and reconciliation signals.

Keep the boundary clear

A connected extension, not a replacement.

Monitoring is not a substitute for reliable interface design. Automatic retries or corrections would require explicit rules, authorization, duplicate protection, and testing for each connected system.

Confirm the integration

Review the WMS product and version, permitted interfaces, source records, refresh needs, and responsibilities. Agree whether this scope is read-only, includes recommendations, or returns approved changes. Do not assume direct database access or automatic write-back.

Agree how value is assessed

Name the process owner and the operational question. Establish a baseline and an acceptance method using representative data. Include exception handling and ongoing support in the conversation.

Roadmap concept: future. Features, availability, sequence, and commercial terms are not committed. This page describes intended direction, not a product available to purchase today.

You don’t have to solve it alone
