Labor Insights

Understand workload and productivity without introducing a full labor management replacement.

Focused on the work

A focused module on the roadmap.

Planned

A productivity difference can reflect travel, product mix, equipment, waiting, or task difficulty—not simply individual effort. Labor Insights is planned to make these conditions easier to investigate and to support informed staffing decisions. Comparisons should use consistent definitions and account for the work each group actually performs.

Module direction

What it is designed to address.

  • Compare activity by function, area, shift, and task.
  • Distinguish direct and indirect work where recorded.
  • Review planned versus actual activity.
  • Identify utilization patterns and staffing questions.

Keep the boundary clear

A connected extension, not a replacement.

This is not a full LMS. Worker-level data requires appropriate access, purpose, retention, and workplace controls. Measures should support fair investigation, not unsupported conclusions about individuals.

Confirm the integration

Review the WMS product and version, permitted interfaces, source records, refresh needs, and responsibilities. Agree whether this scope is read-only, includes recommendations, or returns approved changes. Do not assume direct database access or automatic write-back.

Agree how value is assessed

Name the process owner and the operational question. Establish a baseline and an acceptance method using representative data. Include exception handling and ongoing support in the conversation.

Roadmap concept: planned. Features, availability, sequence, and commercial terms are not committed. This page describes intended direction, not a product available to purchase today.
