Replenishment Optimizer

Prioritize replenishment before a forward-pick shortage becomes a stopped order.

Focused on the work

A focused module on the roadmap.

Planned

A pick face can contain stock yet still be too small for the next release of work. The planned optimizer would compare demand signals with forward capacity and replenishment conditions, helping operations distinguish recurring structural shortages from one-off peaks. Recommendations would support decisions about timing, parameters, and work priority.

Module direction

What it is designed to address.

  • Identify forward-pick shortage exposure.
  • Recommend priorities using demand and inventory context.
  • Review minimum and maximum settings.
  • Analyze emergency replenishment patterns.

Keep the boundary clear

A connected extension, not a replacement.

The WMS remains responsible for executing inventory movement. Approved settings, task creation, and priority updates require an agreed integration and controlled operating process.

Confirm the integration

Review the WMS product and version, permitted interfaces, source records, refresh needs, and responsibilities. Agree whether this scope is read-only, includes recommendations, or returns approved changes. Do not assume direct database access or automatic write-back.

Agree how value is assessed

Name the process owner and the operational question. Establish a baseline and an acceptance method using representative data. Include exception handling and ongoing support in the conversation.

Roadmap concept: planned. Features, availability, sequence, and commercial terms are not committed. This page describes intended direction, not a product available to purchase today.
