Inventory Health

See where inventory is aging, stranded, or consuming capacity without supporting demand.

Focused on the work

A focused module on the roadmap.

Planned

Inventory can be physically present yet unavailable for the work that needs it. A hold, inactive location, missing replenishment path, or obsolete item can leave useful stock hidden inside an apparently healthy total. This module is planned to connect inventory attributes with operational context so the team can prioritize investigation.

Module direction

What it is designed to address.

  • Identify slow-moving and aging inventory.
  • Surface stranded stock and inactive locations.
  • Review excess capacity use and location discrepancies.
  • Highlight expiration exposure where the source data supports it.

Keep the boundary clear

A connected extension, not a replacement.

The module would support analysis and prioritization. Inventory adjustments, quality release, disposal, and stock-status changes remain governed by the responsible business process and system.

Confirm the integration

Review the WMS product and version, permitted interfaces, source records, refresh needs, and responsibilities. Agree whether this scope is read-only, includes recommendations, or returns approved changes. Do not assume direct database access or automatic write-back.

Agree how value is assessed

Name the process owner and the operational question. Establish a baseline and an acceptance method using representative data. Include exception handling and ongoing support in the conversation.

Roadmap concept: planned. Features, availability, sequence, and commercial terms are not committed. This page describes intended direction, not a product available to purchase today.
